Own a room Juja almost complete and handover ceremony will be 25th July 2015 (Earlier photos of this development available in this thread) - Minimum shares for members were reduced from 5 to 2 shares of Ksh. 7,000.00 each Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

But I think the main issue is most of the directors have started their own mini Uriithis.Glad to know they are thinking of Corporate governance otherwise something would have given in along the way. @pesa nane...Sorry chief, but i don't mean to spoil the party...could you please shed some little light on the past of the director with the majority shareholding in urithi, if you are not the one. ...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

Is the Gakuyo mentioned here, the same guy as this ? http://gakuyorealestate.co.ke/en/the-new-chosen-green-city-is-up-for-grabs/2200 housing units. Sounds like a good deal 1br 1.2m, 2br 1.5m , 3br 2.2m , Plus they say they'll be having a bus to bring people to and from nairobi.
