DATA ANALYSISI 101
Citizen and Standard, who have completed the process with Raila 51.34%, and nation who have not yet completed the process employed several youth of certain dependent capacity to enter data from 49,966 similar IEB portal pdf form into a spreadsheet, a few other secretive entities used AI or a very large pool of workers to speed up the process.

They all FROZE from the public eye, their tallies at around 13 million votes, CITIZEN and Standard who have COMPLETED the process announced a similar 51.4 win for Raila and you can get the spreadsheets to verify from them if you want. IEBC started a tally based on the delivery of the physical form 34A by the RO. Reuters started a new tally based on pdfs, and then along with Radio Africa switched to reporting based on the form 34A returned to the iebc which started very smal and exploded to around 13million and was and is currently frozen. Citizen and Standard have finished counting, but IEBC(for the public eyes only), have not finished tallying but froze at 13million, the result meant the others who cannot manage on their own have not yet finished the similar process.

In brief, those who have not finished counting are the ones going to bomas to cause chaos because they think chaos can change the result on a similar paper spreadsheet which is similar everywhere. Let them go and finish counting, hatutaki story mingi. That person telling you they can "hack" for you with a laptop is a conman!

You know I do this for a living and I have heuritics I have developed over the years and so when the media houses started data entry of the forms - I knew they would not complete it! who wants to be the one who 'declared' a winner? so I did my own tally of tallies! I used all the media houses and Form 34Bs. While the media houses stopped when Raila and Ruto had 49% - they had collectively data entered everything and when you look at them COMBINED manner - the picture showed up. I have compared this outcome with the aggregates of the Form 34Bs and they are almost the same! habari ni hii... 7.1M for Ruto and 6.9M for Raila...

Those figures already posted by IEBC ages ago with 17 constituencies yet to complete. Remember 1% change in voter turnout is 210k votes, we had this change from a reported sujui 50 something, to sujui 65 percent, a leap from around 12 million to a bit over 14million, this is where you should do your corrections to get a better answer.

yes... my tally stopped 14,132,337! I am sure its around there! 7.1M for Ruto and 6.9M for Raila...

AZIMIO is disputing the results.I can now confirm that Baba is the pain in Kenya's ass. He is the only politician in the world who refuses to concede loss. Uhuru must be very embarassed

Board rooms don't appoint a president. It's your vote that elects a president.

indeed! I am wondering why the commissioners would want to 'discuss' and 'decide' on results? Kwani the exercise that was conducted on the 9th was to give them feedback/suggestion so that they can 'decide' what the results are

It is curious that on 15th August 2022 James Orengo briefly appeared on Citizen TV protesting the results at BOMAS while concurrently the four(Azimio la Ojinga) commissioners were giving a press conference at Serena.

Thank God for the head of ACK church in Kenya - Archbishop ole Sapit for calling for rationality at Bomas on the 11th otherwise "Haki-yetu-No-Ojinga-No-Peace" would have taken Kenya back to 2007-2008.

It is even more convenient that the four dumb commissioners press conference on 16th August 2022 coincided with that of Azimio la Ojinga at KICC and was aired first by the obviously biased githeri media to give credence to the sorcerer-of-Opoda-shrine allegations that the elections 2022 were stolen.

At first, the commissioners claimed they could not accept the result because of "opaqueness" then one day after they come with some four dumb reasons further embarrassing themselves and their masters(Ojinga and Ohuru). If supreme court orders a fresh election then i will know that Uhuru and Odinga and their groupies(Kalonzo, karua et al) don't give a f*** about Kenya and probably Ruto is the messiah annointed by God in Heaven himself to save Kenya from the yoke of these evil men and women.

Africans love minoring in majors and majoring in minors!

There is no debate on that a candidate got 7,176,141 votes. There is no debate on whether the others got 6,942,930, 31,987, and 61,969 respectively.
There is no question that when you sum up all these, they total 14,213,027. There are 14 million ballot papers in 46,000 ballot boxes across the country - no one is debating that.

The number 1 reason Kenyans have spent collectively millions of hours debating is whether Chebukati's precision of the summation of the representation of the fraction of the total votes each candidate got - when written on paper is summed up neatly to 100! In elections, we start with absolute numbers (14,213,027) to derive percentages. We don't start with percentages to derive absolute numbers.

I actually think we all understand this but it's not in our interest to accept it! Thus we cannot convince this group of people because while it's possible to wake up a man who is sleeping, it's a fool's errand to attempt to wake up one who is pretending to be sleeping!

In the final episode of Game of Thrones, Tyrion Lannister posed a question. He asked...

"What unites people? Armies? Gold? Flags? Stories. There's nothing in the world more powerful than a good story. Nothing can stop it. No enemy can defeat it. And who has a better story"

That is true! People are slaves to good stories... For example "mau mau ilipiga mabeberu mpaka tukapata uhuru".

There is no 100.01%. That number only appears when you add up rounded numbers, as is a common occurrence when adding up rounded numbers.

If you app up the percentages to 20 decimal places, they add up 100%

Don’t be obtuse.

With such an analysis as a Presidential election, as ELOG observers put forward early on QUALITY encompasses, and in all spheres of performance, the principal measure of the outcome of a Presidential election, and they were only through with the quantitative aspects of the election at the point of decision chebukati announced 100.01% whereas all the form 34A were either 100% or something like 99.98% anafkiria sisi aje?, i.e "ELOG urges IEBC to ensure that polling materials reach the polling stations on time, we urge the Commission to work with all stakeholders to ensure that they deliver credible, peaceful, free and fair elections." This is a public morality issue and both sides highlighted their moral approach to it.

Working with ALL STAKEHOLDERS as an example of a qualitative assessment. Why didn't chebukati consult with his fellow commissioners and correct the 100.01% to read 100% to save mazematician, the courts, Kenyans, Azimio, me a little bit of their precious time arguing about this. IT is because we the stakeholders are too stupid to be consulted about writing 100% and not 100.01% d'oh!. The captain should be the last to leave a sinking ship, not the first to run like chebukati. We know people.

Kioni and other azimio members made very serious claims that highlighted some quality issues 'the most corrupt election in history" where money may have changed hands within polling stations amongst party agents and iebc officials, and politicians etc especially in Mt. Kenya, during the progress of the election, some if not most of this was mpesa, one just need to offer more money to such people to spill the beans and show the mpesa message. IEBC did not carry out it's training properly, the cash rule applies to mobile money also. This is unfair.

Guess there is LOADS more to come.

so you think that when akina Cherera were given the figures they took out their calculators and typed in the percentages and came up with 100.01 and said 'this is wrong' and Chebukati said... lazima ikuwe 100.01%? If you truly believe that - you are gullible and naive! But I am highly certain you are not! you like Cherera didn't like the outcome and so you are just grappling for reasons to soil the outcome ndio 'kirudiwo' so that your candidate can have a shot.

Akina Kioni and his ilk who admitted that they were unable to win even a single station (including the ones they queued in) and got notified together with everyone else on election night are your authorities of the games that were played right under their noses. Akina Mucheru and Kibicho and their system were unable to see the moves pulled by the persecuted lot politicians led by the likes of akina Gachagua? Please!!

Akina Mucheru and Kibicho and their system were unable to see the moves pulled by the persecuted lot politicians led by the likes of akina Gachagua? Please!!
DO BETTER!! Start getting used to a WSR presidency!

This why i said Azimio leaders don't care about Kenya. They will do anything just to stop a duly elected president Ruto from taking oath of office. The unnecessary re-run they are fighting for will set the kenyan taxpayer back 40 billion shillings, and yet they claim they are wazalendo.

The reasons they are giving for their dissatisfaction with 2022 general elections are unconvincing and very desperate.
