No calls, mpesa, fibre, sms, internet...

But my biggest wonder is, are their engineers on airtel and telkom? Or how do they reach them when the network is down?

How would they get the lines into their single Sim phones?

Just wondering aloud...

One thing is clear about Kenya, taxes are for enriching thieves.
