This guy is back as "new" Gakuyo real estate. Do Kenyans like being conned or what? Even warnings don't seem to help anyone. So guys just follow the drill and you'll be lining up at DCI offices in 2024.

He is now a political advisor to Kiambu governor and might be a front runner in 2020. Kenyans like people with a proven track record of theft.
