Books Closure 31-March-2014. Payment 30-May-2014 .Kwa banki hakuna kitu

Ever since they grew horns they've been doing what they want. Despite the Deputy President and CS promising us lower tariffs, the opposite has happened starting this month. BBI will solve it :)
