People dont talk about their lives and the difficulties they are experiencing abroad. Their families are left to fill the gaps after death.Getting answers from strangers is never easy as no one wants to be associated with such. Keep your family and friends updated however bad the situation is.You have one life to live.And always rem there's a home to come back to and people who love you.
