Ar the end of the day... i still think ODM was One Dangerous Mistake, and it cant be a front for national campaigns again, many lost their face, and this time even parliament cant stop what is about to befall on them. Theyve used it before to their advantage to increase their pay, they trashed the finance minister for increasinf their tax,.. but they feel so helpless now,..... can they bribe the UN officials in the hague? Its becoming too much for their mouths. I( need justice, and a falling economy,so everyone in SK is not in an upbeat mood for biashara as before. We need to stop this disease once for all. My man of the day is waki,he has made the balls of the man with the samoei spirit freeze!

When youcant run, rest, and watch others run,sooner,..youll run again!

The master murderers, rapists and arsonist warlords can screem at the top of their voices, burn waki's effigy and even mobilise their masses to burn copies of the waki report. They will even threaten RAO and MK and intimidate them not to form a tribunal, bla bla bla. When all is said and done,The Hague will come calling and the rest will be history...

By the way, waki did a brilliant job to try and cool, the nerves of the actual murderers by putting in a few of the PNU guys...with little or no incriminating evidence against them...The Hague or tribunal will most likely let this chaps free, but the RV guys may have to hang!

Life is worth living cos God planned it to be so.

Jana i watched a video recording of some of the things our 'leaders' did during PEV period and am convinced that if that be the kind of evidence Annan has under lock and key, then guys are in deep trouble....... a former MP is caught handing out money to some youth to buy petrol and then jumping into his car.Young men known very well to the locals then proceed to a petrol station and buy fuel.Later the Ex-MP is seen directing youth into two Kikuyu owned mansions and proceeding to loot and then torch the houses.....It is unbelievably graphical
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

Lets gets a few truths right, the law is one damn blind Donkey. Both those who started the chaos and those who joined later have a case to answer. So it is either the tribunal or the tribunal. Could be in Nairobi or Hague or Arusha.
However, there is something they call mitigation over and above other grounds of the case argument. That is where those who came in after realising that their people were being targeted purely on the basis of ethnicity, will have an avenue to seek for leniency,at the TRIBUNAL.
Having said that,
@ Timber
I dont think the argument about Naivasha violence by Steve.M is without merit. It is indeed true that if violence had not been visited on Kikuyus, they wouldnt have attacked anybody in Naivasha. In any war the aggressor is NATURALLY more to blame than the party that fights back. That is a basic logic.
The people attacked in Naivasha were mostly Luos and Luyias. But the target was Kalenjin,Luo and Luyia. Unless we have a short memeory the latter two were firmly parties in the violence on one side and Kikuyus on the other. So if there werent enough Kalenjins in Naivasha or elsewhere outside their traditional home areas, those found are the ones who bore the brunt, but then, that is a story for another day.
Were the Kikuyus in Luo Nyanza and western spared!
Agreed,ODM cobbled together on common interest of HATRED for Kikuyus. That's no virtue.
@Pondi though your take would appear a long shot,it is generally accepted that in politics there is no permanency in friendship nor enemity. Otherwise Raila wouldnt have worked with Moi after he ran away with his balls. The Kalenjin would not have voted for Uhuru to a man in 2002. Kikuyus and Luos would not have worked together in 2002 after Jomo and Jaramogi bitter fall out.
Between Raila and Ruto there is no telling. They could even trade some fists if locked together in a room. So what happens to Kalenjin vote.
Given the numbers and their capacity stick together like glue, they may opt to vote for their own,and hope to negotiage with whoever wins. With so many MPs they can negotiate some good chunck from the winner for themselves

Its so funny that a person says that waki included some few names in the report from PNU side so that he can please the public but the real RV people were the ones to be arrested in hague. Why Do kikuyus feel that their blood is valuable than others who have died.Am repeating again that nothing will happen as long as kikuyu feel that they died a painful death than others? Be ashamed that you dont feel mercy of others deaths by claiming that you killed differently and all of you feel that your kikuyu leaders who organised deaths are not killers.

I said earler that you were hiding under justice but tribalism of being yourselves runs deep in your veins and at least now you are revealing yourselves by defending your killers and claim how others planned. Am suprised if hague or court were to release your leadres why did they trash the report jana alongside michuki and uhuru jana and even confirmed kibaki nows cause there people were there in the report,So the report is rubbished.

Better tread the route carefully,as more hatred than reconcilation was to develop and the worst has not yet been seen in rift valley, western, nyanza and coast.People need reconcilation but if it is selective justice as you screaming then you shall be dissapointed of another wave of hatred where Gema community shall be villified from other regions more for nothing.

Am suprised some people are still using very long posts in this thread trying to 'justify or defend' the obvious. There are certain things which only God can forgive.

There are only 2 tribes in Kenya, the rich and the poor. The way things are currently moving, the rich seem to be compromising and burying the hatchet after collectively killing the poor in RV,Naivasha and Nairobi Slums. Anyone care to explain why there was fighting in the Nairobi slums like mathare, yet none in parliament,Karen,Muthaiga or even the Pubs in Nairobi west?

The rich are not only getting away with all this evils but its clear they have aggravated the animosity amongst the poor. They will now cover it with a dirty bandage then leave it to fester and get filled with gangrene, till the next time it explodes.

And the next time the poor will possibly have guns, the incredible feel of power will lead to a murder spree, the west will wait for the magic number of 1 million dead before they declare it genocide and swoop in to save the day.

Is there something like a moneyday

Someone says there are ten names in that envelope.then goes ahead to say there are six cabinet ministers, five MPs and a host of businessmen. It does not add up unless ministers are also considered transitively as MPs and which I rule out because it would only have been possible if the number of MPs was more than ministers. in this case therefore someone is playing around with our collective intelligence as Kenyans

Sasa who said Kikuyu blood is more precious than anyone else's? It is just as precious as any other Kenyan and that is why they had to make the aggressors understand the pain of spilt blood.

How can u even turn this around? I'd like to see what ur reaction would be if ur family was raped and killed! Would u stand aside if u had the power to react?

You are spot on,in regard to the political class missusing/cheating the poor. The sooner we all realise that, the better. They ask you to fight for our tribe while they tuck their families out of arms way and in grand comfort. Then, after all is said and done the only tribe that benefits is their big bellies, while poverty continues to bite deep into us,i.e, if we are not in police cells being chewed by lice.
You are not for real.
All blood is the same. However, when you shed others' blood, you invite others to spill yours. Where on earth is the bias you are heaping on all Kikuyus. Why such hatred.
I thought we have all read a dozen lines here, posted by Kikuyus, calling for trial for all, including their own. Uhuru himself said he hopes to exonerate himself at the tribunal.
Ofcourse there are those of the opinion that when you are attacked, and you fight back, you shouldnt be lumped together with the attacker. Even in your home if thugs come calling, and you happen to shoot one down,it's different for you, from, if they harmed you. If your colleague at work pulled a punch at you,and you hit him back,it is self defence. Even if your attack turns fatal, that is man slaugther, but if he killed you that's murder.

The other day you said you are Kamba!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You suggest that there might be another round of attack targeting Kikuyus if blah blah blah.
Now,this matter is not being handled by Kikuyus, and you know it,or should know. Infact they are as much of targets as everybody else.
This turn of events was ocassioned by ODM inviting Annan here in the first place, against PNU 's wish. Or did we forget how they demanded from roof tops that he comes pronto. Come,he did,and now, here we are.
There wouldnt be Waki report if Annan hadnt beem called!!!. Did they imagine that they would manipulate him into playing their game,or is he also biased. Blinded by hunger for political power, they only saw matters in one perspective, use Annan to armtwist Kibaki into giving them some flags. In their appetite for power, they blissfully ignored the obvious eventuality which is prevailing,so much to their chagrin. What a kill-joy that this Waki report has visited on the good politicians.
Rewind the clock?
The Annan process can not be reversed, otherwise Ruto and Bett would ask him to forget everything and they take up opposition without much fuss.

Everything ODM touches turns into shit!!!
-They cried oh rigging at KICC, Kriegler said,no such thing happened.
-They said equal power sharing,Kibaki//Raila at par and/or on equal footing, then clerk for clerk, toilet sweeper for toilet sweeper!!!
-They cried Kimunya stole G. Regency,- today,we are all so much the wiser.
-They raised fuss on pecking order VP vis a vis PM,even after signing the agremment charter that was clear; - President,VP,PM,two Deputy PMs,then Ministers.
-Oh sack Kivuitu,- look at the law first bwana!!. Work within it,or amend it beforehand.
-They asked Annan to come,- now they rue that move. Oooh.
Cry babies!

I always tell you people that these guys are all thugs shooting 'Wanjiku' down from different direction. These reports will never be implimented. Wait for 2012 and try to sweep all this lot away. Until that time when fresh group takes over, this is the only way we can see change.

We can't wait for 2012 to change these Mountain Pigs (MPs) because we have Mountain Goats who will always support them. See,Kimani will always stand by Uhuru whether he killed or not,Mtibe will defend Ruto whether he sponsored Kalenjin warriors or not. Elections should not be counted on to give us human legislators. The law, preferably The Hague, should be used to get rid of Ibexes within our August house as they got there through violence. Then, and only then, should astute aspiring adults be allowed to stand up for elective posts.
Impunity is our undoing.
@ Ngalaka
You are talking like ten adults in an international conference.
So thugs attack you, kill your wife, rape your daughter and kick you out of your house. You run for help, come with friends, attack the thugs, kill some and others escape with injuries. When the thugs are being sought, they demand the release of an envelop containing their names. If you consider such a request to be troubling, why would politicians be an exception?
If you killed, sponsored warriors, raped and relocated citizens of this country to achieve political power, you must know your name is in the envelop. Wait for your chance at the dock to defend yourself. Never ask for amnesty. You don't belong to the human society and should be taken to Siberia and locked out there for life. Even the devil would not want you, leave alone God.

They walk among us,and they reproduce.

Those trying to use threats here that things will be worse are just not wise. Who in their right minds will ever fight for these goons who send you to the slaughter as they drive big cars later?

This time everyone is watching and if the guys who organised all this nonsense think they will get away with it,they are in deep trouble.

By the way,if Obama wins this election, this report will be the end of political thugs in Kenya. Obama will not wish to be associated with thugs, rapists and murderers in Kenya.

All those who support ODM and PNU in this matter may as well be rapists to me and everyone I have talked to.

I have been watching the news daily waiting for the usual big announcement from the US/EU i.e. that :

1.they have issued visa bans on all ODM MPs,PNU MPs,Businessmen and other leaders that are opposed to the Waki report.

2.they have sent each of them a letter (apparently in anticipation of their expected application to travel to their countries) ordering them to explain their role in the Jan violence and their opposition to the report.

Will they disapoint?

Naaaa!!! Don't hold your breath.

For all those who doubted the existence of a great-American/Western conspiracy and their actions/reactions have nothing to do with Kenyans and their rights, well there goes you proof...

Time and chance happen to all.
